HDV Plastic Ltd. is a subsidiary of one of the largest and most diversfilled business group in Sri Lanka, the Hayleys Group. The company was formed in 1994 to produce brushes with expanded plastic backs/handles, for the export market. The company uses state of the art machinery for both plastic in injection moulding and brush filling.

Plastic backs/handles are prodused in assorted colors and are filled with synthetic meterials such as PVC, PPN, etc. and with natural meterials such as coco fiber, palmyrah fiber, arenga fiber, horse hair, etc.

These plastic brushes are suitable for use under both wet and dry condition and therefore have wide applications. In addition to the wide range of plastic  brushes currently available, the company undertakes to design and manufacture plastic brushes to suit the specific need of customers.
